At GolfStar Direct, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your new equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, headcovers, and adjustment tools are included.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our pro-shop team inspects the returned equipment, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
